[ARCHIVED] Thursday Night Concert Series Return To Canton’s Heritage Park

Continuing a more than 20-year tradition in the Canton community, the Thursday Night Concert Series will fill Canton’s Heritage Park with a wide variety of musical entertainment and plenty of family fun during these free weekly concerts that kick off Thursday, June 29, 2017. This year’s Thursday Night Concert Series is sponsored by Canton Community Financial.

Area residents are invited to join us for another summer of music and fun at the Amphitheater in scenic Heritage Park for a weekly dose of fresh air, family, friends and fun! Concerts will be held Thursday nights from 7:30-9:00 p.m. in Heritage Park, located adjacent to the Canton Administration Building at 1150 S. Canton Center Road, Canton, MI 48188.

Audience members are encouraged to bring blankets or folding chairs for optimal enjoyment on the amphitheater lawn. The music is family friendly, ranging from Rock to R&B. Participants are also encouraged to take part in weekly theme nights, raffles, and kids’ activities.  In addition, summer-time food items will be available for purchase on site from Cruisin’ Custom Coneys and Good Humor Ice Cream.  Canton Leisure Services will be collecting donation items for Operation Care Package, a Michigan nonprofit group that distributes items to US Troops, during all Thursday Night Concerts in July.
