Social Clubs
Looking for some unique challenges that provide something different to do? Would you like to meet some new friends and engage in an activity that gets you out of the house? Then consider a membership in one of the following clubs and enjoy camaraderie, savor delicious pot lucks or catered lunches, perhaps or play a casual game of cards or pool. Opportunities are also available to attend special holiday parties and have some fun with your peers.

ASIAN INDIAN PROGRAM
We are delighted to offer a program for our Asian Indian population. This program provides social and recreational activities. This group will also arrange informational seminars and workshops. This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
ASIAN PACIFIC PROGRAM
This program is offered through a partnership with Club 55+ and the Association of Chinese American (ACA, 美华协会). This program provides social opportunities for older adults in our community to get involved, meet new individuals, and share their culture with others.
The program also periodically arranges series and seminars to benefit their health care, language learning, and entertainment.
This program meets every Friday 9:30 am - 12:00 pm.
BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP
Sponsored by the Canton Public Library, this group meets the 4th Thursday of each month. Discussions will be led by the Information Services Librarians and will include a different book each month. Lunch bunch
Have you wanted to try a new restaurant or just get out? Then come out and meet the Lunch Bunch group. This group meets the 2nd Thursday of the Month at 1 p.m. at a different restaurant each month. All lunch fees are taken care of by the participant at the restaurant. Various Locations 1 p.m.
PIONEERS CLUB
Adults get together to enjoy each other's company by sharing potluck lunches, speakers, entertainment and conversation. A $10 annual fee is collected for club expenses. This club is an excellent way to interact with other adults in the community. This group meets every Friday.
RED Hot mermaids
This group encourages women to grow older in a playful manner. Come join this fun and active group for monthly activities and social interactions. This group meets the 1st Wednesday of the month.
SOCIAL NIGHT OUT
Are you looking to get out, meet new friends and have a good time? Our social nights provide a casual and fun way to meet other individuals age 55+. Some of the events we have planned are going out to a local restaurant, to the movies, the bowling alley, local concerts and more! ACA Michigan Women Culture Club
Association of Chines American (ACA) program (ACA, 美华协会).This is a women health and culture club of ACA, supported by Canton Senior Center. It serves women between 40-60 years old by providing a variety of activities, such as culture, arts, health, self-cultivation, life style and living skills. It enhances the community services of ACA by serving a wider community which needs more care, love and the strong desire of a better life. Welcome to join us and share the love and blessings with one another. Let’s dance together with the overflowing love!
This group meets the first Monday of each month, and then the following Wednesdays of the month at 9am - 12pm.
