Canton Leisure Services Master Plan
Thanks to extensive public input during 2021, the Canton Leisure Services Five Year-Recreation Master Plan 2022-2026 was formally adopted on November 9, 2021. The Five-Year Recreation Master Plan is a requirement of the State of Michigan DNR and is updated every five year. The Master Plan guides community public park and open space preservation, acquisition and development over the next five years.

Leisure Services Strategic Plan
The Canton Leisure Services Strategic Plan is an administrative tool that incorporates the department's mission, vision, values, goals, competencies, financial information, along with community demographics and trends. The Strategic Plan will guide the department in years to come.
