Reservations
Guests may book tee time reservations up to 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellations
Please contact the pro shop to cancel reservations. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation may be subject to cancellation fee.
Pace of Play
Pace of play is scheduled as 4.5 hours for 18 holes or 15 minutes per hole. Players falling behind pace may be asked to move into position. In consideration of others, please keep pace.
Club Rental
Pheasant Run offers rental clubs for our out-of-town visitors and guests.
Powered Carts
A golf cart is required at all times. Players must be 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. Operators are fully responsible for any damages resulting from their operation. No more than 2 players per cart and 2 carts per group are allowed.
Dress Code
MEN: Preferred attire is shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks, golf shorts or walking shorts.
WOMEN: Preferred attire is golf shirts, dresses, skirts, slacks and shorts.
Players not wearing preferred attire will be asked to wear preferred attire during their next visit.
Rain Policy
In the event of inclement weather and the closure of the course, Pheasant Run will offer rain checks. Rain checks are prorated based on the number of non-played holes.
